Thanks a lot, Janet. That means a lot to us. We know that not being 100% vegetarian might lose us a little "cred", but we don't think one serving a week is that bad, especially when we're not eating eggs or dairy, either.

We really can't wait for the future episodes. A big component of reducing footprint involves DIY, so we're going to be doing DIY episodes on bread making, gardening, brewing beer, making yoghurt and tofu, etc. That's when the show is going to get super-fun for us.

After 21 years of being vegetarian, we're sure you have a favorite dish. Why not email us a recipe at greentime@weatherlight.com and share with everyone? We'd love to have a recipe to share on the show.

Congratulations on the launch of Greentime!

I'm psyched about your new diet. I've been a vegetarian for 21 years, so it's very gratifying when cool people join the cause.

I'm looking forward to your upcoming episodes, and I know I'll get lots of great ideas for other lifestyle changes.

Best wishes!
-Janet

It's good to know that I'm not the only one. We do have some audience encouragement on the horizon. As I mentioned, we have a Frappr map, a MySpace page, etc, and we just haven't put out the video to let people know about them yet. We're also looking forward this year to doing more collaborations and other things to make us better citizens of the vlogosphere.

In a lot of ways, though, I actually feel for my friends who are musicians. They can't look up Feedburner stats for themselves every morning.

I'm somewhere on the edge of the same void, and I can hear you yelling. :)

Keep it up. It's hard to force your audience to do things. All you can do is to continue to encourage, maybe open a freetime wiki, and make sure your friends are yelling back.

Starting this professionally oriented blog is a great idea, certainly. But just so you know, i've found your vlog-related writing to be fascinating... definitely never tiring or dull. So i'll be reading it here, since you've set up shop in this new space. :-)
